Consider bringing earplugs as noise from thin walls can be bothersome, especially at night.

The location is fantastic, very close to Termini station, which made travel around Rome super easy. Room cleanliness stood out. everything felt fresh and tidy, and the housekeepers did a great job maintaining that daily. The breakfast was basic but good. I enjoyed some fresh croissants and yogurt to start my day. The staff, especially Sergio at the front desk, were exceptionally friendly. he even remembered my name and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. However, I did notice a strong body odor at the entrance and lingering in some corners of my room, which was quite unpleasant during my stay. Additionally, the noise from the street could be bothersome at times. Keeping the window shut solved the issue, but it would have been nice to have better soundproofing. Overall, a solid budget option for Rome, but a few improvements on cleanliness and noise control would make it even better.

Sergio at the front desk was super friendly and gave us an awesome dinner recommendation at a nearby restaurant we loved so much, we went there every night! We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy lounge and the lovely courtyard during our stay. The only downside was a slight musty smell in the entrance area, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

The Quadruple Room was spacious with high ceilings, which I loved. It was clean and felt fresh. It had good hot water pressure. The self check-in was super simple too! Only downsides were that it got a bit noisy at night, and I could hear people in the hall. A bit more soundproofing would be great!

The location was fantastic for our big family and our three dogs! We were near Termini station, making it super easy to hop on the metro and explore Rome. Breakfast had a great variety, more than enough to keep us fueled for our adventures.
My kids wished for more indoor play space.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
I loved staying here because the location is so close to Termini, making it easy to explore the city. Sergio at the front desk was a standout, always ready to help with a smile, and he even remembered my name! My room was nice and clean, and I really appreciated the daily breakfast, although it leaned more towards sweets. One thing I'd suggest is addressing the slight body odor smell in some areas of the hotel. it was a bit off-putting, but it didn’t ruin my experience.
